HEAD OF DELEGATE SALES – EVENTS

Location: 2 to 3 Days In London Office | Salary: Competitive Base + OTE + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading business intelligence provider across Pharma, Consumer and Financial Services sector with offices across the globe.

Role:

Reporting to Managing Director and part of the senior leadership team, we seek a high energy, numbers driven, Head of Delegate Sales to lead our global acquisition team across Finance Portfolio, Consumer Portfolio, Webinars/Digital.

You will be laser focused on the numbers, sales-driven, setting the pace for team performance and delivery. This is a new, high impact, hands-on role introduced as part of the companies double- digit growth strategy with significant opportunity for personal development.


Candidate:

The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, is an excellent communicator and influencer, target driven, analytical and articulate. You will be natural leader and team player, driven by recognition, progression and delivering value to a client’s organisation.

– Lead and deliver delegate acquisition strategy across our Finance and Consumer events and webinar portfolios.

– Build and deliver acquisition strategies and high impact campaigns which clearly address the specific challenges/drivers/value of senior level executives.

– Ensure new lead development plans are in place and executed to expand the delegate sales pipeline to meet the team targets.

– Achieve personal monthly and quarterly sales targets.

– Ensure effective sales communication throughout the sales process; closing sales as well as ensuring our events surpass customer expectations.
