20 years ago, when Binay started at one of the leading multinational recruitment companies, he started his successful journey in Sales Recruitment and established himself as an extremely capable and unique recruiter.
After working at a few startup companies and becoming a father of 2 little girls in 2021, Binay decided to start his own agency offering high level recruitment services that he has always enjoyed doing to new and existing clients.
Since the launch, plus another little girl, Riva Recruitment has provided excellent recruitment services to clients and candidates across the UK, Europe and USA.
